A Pokémon Professor living in Sandgem Town. Had been traveling for 4 years before returning home to the Sinnoh Region.
A very nice and kind man. Generous too, seeing as he gave me Piplup as a partner, after seeing how much it had come to like me after we only shared one battle.

Lucius
A boy about my age that helps Professor Rowan out. He lives in Sandgem town and has a big family. Lucius seems a lot more reliable than Bezyda, and Pokémon are everything to him. He won’t forgive those who hurt and exploit Pokémon.
