Chelsea he– I mean, Kijame here, from Hikari Ranch! Ever since I came to the Sunshine Island Archipelago, life has been quite busy! Not only do I look after crops and animals, but I also help the villagers get along with one another. There never seems to be enough time to relax after finishing a day’s work.
Thankfully, I have a few Harvest Sprites that can help me out here and there. I tell you, without them, my social and/or farm life would be neglected! But, there’s always moments when the hard work pays off. Like when my horse Shiro won the race, or when my Turnip was the best entry among all Spring crops. Indeed, I do seem to be doing great with the Ranch.

But, it does get lonely sometimes at the farm… when I fall into my bed around 10 or 11, I wish there was someone there I could tell about my day. Not that there aren’t enough bachelors around here, oh no.
Denny and
Pierre, as well as
Elliot seem to be quite fond of me. And they are cute guys, no doubt. However, my romantic tendencies drift in such different directions…
I suppose you could say I like the serious, supporting types. Those who have strong principles and are reliable, if you will. At least up to this point, this is what my two love interests have in common. From there, they are as different as night and day…

Shea and Vaughn… they are so very different indeed.
Shea, a warrior of the Jungle, is not quite accustomed to the “civilized” life and speaks in broken sentences. But that’s exactly what I think is cute. And he’s serious about protecting the people that are important to him. Vaughn is not a guy of many words, at least until you get to know him better. But deep down, he is indeed caring. You could say he’s careful about whom he entrusts his thoughts and feelings. Those are the two that have stolen my heart, and I have yet to come to a decision…
But just when I thought it couldn’t be any harder to pick, along comes another guy: Will.
He’s quite the prince and he knows what a lady wants to hear. And for the insanely rich guy that he is, he is also very down to earth. And dreamy. I say, it is quite hard not only to ask just one person to marry you, but also thinking about how you got everyone else’s hopes up… I mean, sure, I could have broken their hearts earlier and answer in ways that would not make them fall in love with me, but then I’d have been acting against my character.

But there’s still time. I don’t have to get married just because I can, right? And there’s so much work at the farm, I probably won’t be able to have clear thoughts before Winter sets in. For now I’ll just stick to looking after my crops and animals. And the the occasional flirting, if time allows.
I suppose I should really let things run their course slowly… Or else I might do something that I regret.
Next time I’ll tell you more about the animals I’ve befriended, and the the pets on my farm ^__^
See ya then!
